Swcc Coaching, do not sign up

Hey boys, i wanted to hop in on the forum and reach out regarding some issues i’ve had and many other people have had regarding my EX coach Swcc @Swcc Coaching, which everyone knows who he is. Just please be aware of who this guy truely is before you sign up with him.



Little back story, I’m fresh 20 years old. i signed up with Swcc Coaaching to get some guidance on a cycle after being on trt for a few years myself and wanted to take things to next level under guidance of a coach, so i obviously saw Swcc physique and hes knowledge and put my trust into the guy. I wanted to show him i was committed and willing to pay him 52 weeks (1 year) upfront to show him im in this fully.



I was on 150mg test E previously, never upped it, Swcc knew that. I joined up with him, he got me blasting 750 test 350 primo 150npp 100 mast 18iu of HGH, 4iu novorapid. Mind you i’m only on 2.4k calories, low carbs. Instead of increasing my food whenever my weight would stabilise- if it did as i was hella watery and weight kept spiking and spiking, he would just keep pushing my doses higher and higher instead of food.



This cycle was 20 odd weeks. Keep in mind, 0 BLOODS were taken (never requested for them). 0 Blood pressure checks were requested or told me to take them. 0 Blood glucose checks too. That’s on 18iu mind u. With using overdosed HGH which is actually 22iu a day, which he knew.



I didn’t know that what i was doing at the time was wrong and the cycles he put me on was wrong. It wasn’t til the fact, 10 other clients left (in space of 2 days) and made me realise what he was actually doing to my health so i decided myself that i have to pull the pin and leave swcc for the better of me as i knew it was the right thing for me leaving me 20 weeks of payments to be refunded ($1700), which Swcc agreed to refund me on, and he didn’t. Instead he decided to block me on every platform possible.

Swcc is a very terrible person.



I am now thankfully with a new coach, under proper guidance and taking all health protocols seriously. Got bloods done and they weren’t exactly healthy at all, that’s what happens when you sign up with Swcc, you get unhealthy. He does not care about health at all.

Also had the displeasure of dealing with Swcc, thankfully not as a client. Some of the protocols he pushes on his clients are fkn wild with complete and total disregard for health - literally zero health monitoring whatsoever

Blocking a client on all platforms after agreeing to pay them back also shows just how spineless he can really be

It’s one fucked up story after another with this bloke, should not be allowed to coach full stop

Blokes a danger to his clients, I was one of his longest clients and I had to pull the pin asap. Not only is he dangerous but he’s a huge grub and one of the most selfish people I know. From trying to under cut vendors in their own chats to making fun of his own clients to fit in. Takes 0 accountability for his actions and blames everyone else for being an asshole. I could go on and on about everything else his done but I could guarantee it still wouldn’t get through his skull

He tries to poach customers from other vendors, joins their chats and DMs people when they ask about shit. Undercuts the vendors to secure them.

Sells them his own imports and his own shit products.

Forces them onto fucking huge protocols; I would assume to make a buck for himself by selling to his clients.

He uses his disabled clients to steal from the supermarkets, gloated about it in a group chat as though we are scumbags like him and would approve or laugh.

He also lost a tonne of clients and his coaching chat was practically abandoned.

Meanwhile he’s on socials playing the victim of online bullying. It’s wild.

Thankfully we have communities here and over at UGL Talk that don’t condone or permit that type of behaviour.

Men of integrity, not boys of opportunity. Fuck that bloated marshmallow.

brother.. someone on 150mg test e, never upped it and he puts you on that blast straight away? 100% a red flag, thats reckless escalation with several independent risks stacked together, no regard to safety. Certainly not something a coach should be doing especially for someone that has only been on 150mg test e.

Enormous jump in androgen exposure
Serious cardiovascular strain
The HGH dose is extreme
Rapid insulin without glucose monitoring is the most immediately dangerous part
GH and insulin were pulling glucose control in opposite directions
Escalating usage because scale weight stalled makes no sense
Twenty-plus weeks compounds the exposure
No monitoring is indefensible

I am glad that you have shared your story brother, health should always come first. Guy should be banned
