Scotsman New member Nov 15, 2002 #2 The only "exercise" for a quicker recovery is rest! Lay off of it for a while and take some advil or other anti-inflammatory. Then ease back into working out or you can develop a serious problem. Cheers, Scotsman

L louden_swain New member Nov 16, 2002 #3 this happened to me in 1999. The best thing to do is to lay off and let your wrist recuperate. If you train with a sprained wrist, you risk injury.
