Help. My wrist is sprained.

My left wrist is really hurting. Do you guys know of any exercises I can do to help in recovery. Thanks a lot.
 
The only "exercise" for a quicker recovery is rest! Lay off of it for a while and take some advil or other anti-inflammatory. Then ease back into working out or you can develop a serious problem.

this happened to me in 1999. The best thing to do is to lay off and let your wrist recuperate. If you train with a sprained wrist, you risk injury.
