Re shoes, I am a huge fan of Oly shoes for squats. We spend $$$$ on gym membership, $$$$ on supplements, etc. and we don't spend $100 on they right shoes. Oly shoes are only worn in the gym and last a long time. My Do-wins are 4 years old and could easily last another 4 years.
