help my diet

ok so im 5'11" 24 years old and 210.
right now im bulking.

new diet down the bottom let me know if this would be ok. Im going to pick some stuff up tomorrow or sunday and get everything ready for the week.

putting a list of foods to get this weekend how do this sound.

breakfast
1 cup muscle and oats
2 slices wheat bread

preworkout
1 scoop on whey
1 orange or 1 cup strawberries

post workout
2 scoops muscle milk
1 scoop ON whey
5g creatine
5g glutamine

postworkout meal (30-40 mins after)
7-8 oz ground beef or 6 oz chicken or steak or 6 oz tuna
1 large backed potato or muscle and oats or 1 bagel

snack
1 wheat bread or rice cake
1-2 tbs peanut butter or 1 cup protien pudding

next meal
8oz steak or 6 oz chicken or 6 oz tuna or 8 oz ground beef
1 cup broccoli or salad or asparigas
1 sweat potato

bedtime
1 cup low fat cottage cheese or 1 cup oatmeal
2scoops probolic SR
5g glutamine
