Be honest what do you think about this split? I am 24 years old and been lifting for 5 years now doing compound lifting mostly. want to switch to split routines for more fun.
Sunday - pecs, Shoulders, Tri
Monday - Back, Traps, arms
wednesday - all Legs, calves and upper legs
Rinse and repeat. should i take more off days or workout 5X per week?
