help me with creatine!

hey guys, I'm 17 I was going to do roids but I gave supplments another chance. I bought prolab creatine, and heavyweight gainer. Can you tell me the best way to use my creatine. I wanna do a big loading phase, so tell me what best worked for you guys.
 
Take 25 grams a day for the first week then 5-10 grams a day for maintanance. I take 5 grams when I wake up, 5 grams before my workout, 10 grams after my workout in my dextrose drink and 5 grams before bed. and after the loading phase I take 5 grams post workout and 5 grams before bed. It seems to work great for me off cycle. If you need any help then shoot me an e-mail and I will help you add on some size

smart idea about the dextrose... only after the workout. I can never take the creatine throughout the day w/ dextrose... it'll get ya nice and fat.
 
IMO the insulin spike potentiated by dextrose is too short to be really effective. I agree w/ riskybiz, high amounts of dextrose is the fast track to unwanted fat. The best way, which I posted awile ago is to use 50g of carbs and 50g of protein in a shake (ex..nlarge).. this has been shown to potentiate over 90g of a dextrose like responce which is far above optimal. Taken 15-20min after creatine ingestion.
 
here's another theory i read from someone else. Take the creatine w/ water, then 20min. later drink something that will give you an insulin spike. Theory is the insulin spike would be too short if you take it at the same time as the creatine as Anabolic mentioned. But if you drink a glass of juice 20min after you will still get that spike w/ less carbs and at a better time than if you would have taken it together.
