I'm looking to find a good diet plan. Have had the most success with CKD's in the past. I'm a fresh college grad working in DC in a consulting firm so I am just getting used to living on my own. I would prefer easy to prepare foods and things that don't affect my schedule tremendously.
I wake up at 6 and am at work by 8. I haven't joined a gym yet but am anticipating working out around 5-7. Any help/suggestions/food ideas.
