my gym promised to replace the 110's but its been 2 weeks and my progress has floundered since they've been gone. i would have jumped to the 115's or even the 120's but we dont have those the next step up is 130's and i cant do those with proper form.
i refuse to do flat bench since i dont have a workout partner and i goto failure....so instead i've been doin the 100's 12reps...10reps....9reps..all followed by drop set of 50% to failure. but i know that im not makin the same progress...any suggestions??
