Help I'm diet Challanged!!

I need some help if anyone has the time or the patience to do this. I have been trying for the past 2 weeks to increase my calories and I am not doing to well with it. I am eating a bit better I just am having a horrible time increasing it because I don't know what to eat.
Right now I am eating anywhere between 800-1200 calories a day. I make up the diet a week in advance and to me it looks okay, but I am still not losing any weight, just inches. and believe me there is plenty of fat to go off this body.
I am female, 31, 5'6" and as of this morning 162 lbs. I have fluctuated between 159-162 for the past 3 weeks. I work out every morning and walk 3-4 miles in the evening. To me I should be losing because I am hardly eating some days.
I guess what I am wondering is if someone has the time if they would help me make up a menu for a week or at least a few days to give me some help with knowing that to eat.
I take Xenadrine twice a day, a multi-vitamin, and I have a low-carb protien mix stuff that I usually have once a day.

I would bump your calories up also........if you are losing inches....GREAT!!!!!!!!!
Thats where it matters, not on the scale, results you can see!!

Keep working out in the morning on an empty stomach and walking and you will eventually be in the shape you want.

Remember, you have to do something that you can keep dong for the rest of your life, or.....guess what, youll get it all back!

congrats!! sounds like your diets working. who cares about the numbers on the scale if your pants get looser!?
