hello I'm new

wow thanks for the welcome and the nice compliments. I am looking to get more muscle definition. Anyway that I can achieve that goal is the route I want to take. Will building more lbm help me to do this? Today I have eaten 1266 calories, 70g fat, 104g carbs, and 57 grams of protein. Guess I just answered my own question...too much fat and carbs. Definitely gotta do away with that. Thank you very much for your advice and help.

No. Look at what you are eating. 1266 cals?? Dayum girl. Your body is starving. Too much fat & carbs??? How about not enough protein!!!

Congrats on coming on board!! Welcome and don't be afraid to ask questions.. Read through the stickies and logs to get some more ideas... sassy and shadow are the tops in this forum...

1500 cals minimum with an occasional bump up to 1800 is where your intake should really be

Take a look at what jenscat said -- you want your cal intake to be between 10-12 x your bodyweight. That gets you to around 1500-1800 cals. A good guideline is that your meal plan should provide 40% of your cals from protein, 30% from carbs & 30% from fats.

LOL I don't know much about dieting because I have never seriously been on a diet, I have too much trouble adding mass as it is. I'm trying to up the protein as much as possible but don't want to cut out significant carbs due to the risk of ketone acidosis (don't want that).
Dereuro99- non-plats? Sorry I'm new, I don't know what that is lol
