Well, I think you are on the right track. Being on this board will help with your motivation, too, I think. It does for me anyways. Just reading up on stuff and hearing what other people are doing keeps me motivated to keep myself going. I also keep a journal of what my lifts are everyday. This helps me because when I look back and see gaps of times that I was slacking, it upsets me, so I try not to let any more gaps "fall" in there...
