Helladrol Cycle Log

Forgot to mention that hunger has finally stopped being an issue. I've been shoveling man sized portions of food down my throat with no problems (as you can see in the weight gain)
 
Mid week-4 picture update

Weight:221 pounds

Strength: Lifts are up but not as much as I thought they would be by now

Sides: No sides to speak of except back pumps. They are getting painful sometimes, and sometimes taurine doesn't help. Also, my whole body has been getting painful pumps in and out of the gym. My quads and hams will get all pumped just from walking around, and it's bothersome.

My abs are close to not showing at all now, so I'm thinking I'll cut back slightly on calories.

I feel huge though. My back feels much wider than the start. Arms 1/2 inch bigger than day 1. Really everything had gotten bigger.

Thanks Raze, ya I'd say the Hella is doing it's job. Starting the forma stanzol at the beginning of week 3 has also helped with strength and size I believe.

Everyone at the gym can't believe how big I've gotten-everyone looked pretty surprised when I incline dumbbell pressed the heaviest dumbbells in the gym (115) for 10 reps today.

End of week 4.
220 pounds

Feeling leaner than a few days ago already. Went up to 125 mg hella today, and for the rest of the cycle.

Strength is up like crazy, I decline benched 385 today. That's up 35 pounds from day 1.

People keep asking what I'm taking, haven't told anyone anything, but I think people know im not natural anymore.

Shirts are fitting so tight now, may need to buy some new shit.

Also, my horrible back and leg pumps have finally subsided, thank God.

Looking to weigh between 225 and 230 by the end of the cycle.

I have ostarine and igf1 lr3 that I'm adding to my pct, so I'll probably pick up a few more pounds in those pct weeks.

With going up to 125mg, I expect some crazy days in the gym the next 2 weeks. Hoping for either 400 on decline, 470 on deadlift, or 360 on squats. More size is always a plus too, though it'll be a dead giveaway that I'm using some extracurriculars once I hit 230.

Hope this log is benefiting anyone thinking about doing helladrol.

End of week 5, 1 day early.
Weight is at 226 today-I'm feeling kind of fat.
Strength is absolutely insane right now. I incline benched 285 for 5 reps, followed by 315 for a single. Never have even got close to that before. I did 105 pound dumbbells for seated military press-I was doing maybe 90s day 1. I leg press 9 plates on each side. I front squat 255 full squat pause reps for 6 today.

But, as I said, I'm feeling fat. The size 33 pants barely fit. Abs are becoming a fleeting memory of the past.

Another worry I have is despite my strength, I think my pound for pound strength is not as high as it used to be. Someone who weighs around 225 (and isn't just a fatass) should be moving more weight than I am.

Nevertheless, I'll push through. I'm not going to cut calories during PCT just so I can look lean and lose all my gains. I'm guessing I'll end around 230 pounds next Wednesday, and ill start the ostarine and do my first pin of igf1 lr3 Thursday. I expect to gain around 1 to 1.5 pounds per week during the 4 weeks of pct. So I guess I should end at about 235 pounds.

I'll worry about getting rid of some after everything levels out in my body after PCT.

I'm guessing I could be around 205-210 at around 7-8 % body fat if I cut correctly.
