I've been a member here for a while but I do far more reading than posting. I'm about to start a hella/katana cut cycle if anyone was interested in following! I've been lifting strong for about 6 years but really powerlifitng for about 4. I've ran both PH and AAS cycles, prefer AAS by a longshot but this cycle is more of a quick recomp since im coming off minor surgery this winter and is just something to kick off the new year with.
Age: 24
Weight: 210
Height: 6'2
Lengthy body type
Current body fat is about 11%
Goals is to get back to where I was in the summer ( pics below)
Cycle
1-8 RS Transderm (front load for 2 weeks prior )
3-8 Helladrol 75/75/100/100/125/125
3-8 Katana 2/2/3/3/4/4 caps ED
7-12 Forma Stanzol 10 pumps ED (5 morning/5 evening)
9-12 Post Cycle / Unleashed
9-12 DAA
Might run the katana for a little longer depends on how much I got left. My diet is pretty on point I'm not one of those guys who counts calories and follows a specific plan I just listed to my body but obviously fill it will good shit, actually getting my master in nutrition. I usually stay high protein/fat on a cutting cycle with most of my carbs coming post workout. If anyone's more interested I can certainly post some daily intakes
Will probably run N2Guard and maybe a liver support also. I don't respond to very many side effects on any test based cycle so I know what I need in PCT, in fact the only AAS that's given me any significant side effect was tren but shit the price was worth the results.
Lifts:
Flat Bench: 225x10 max is prob around 275-280. I've never been above 245x5
Squat: 405x6 with good form
Deadlift: Just did 565x5, pretty sure my max is a little above 6 but deads are my shit
Power Clean: 225x6,7
I do every powerlift just about but I suppose those are the ones people care most about. Excited about this 6-8 week cycle to hopefully lose about 2% bodyfat to get back into the 8-9% range or wherever I was in the pics below, just assuming its around 9ish?
