hcg actually needed?

[FONT=&quot]running 500mg test e a week with 250iu hcg every 3 days. I was on .25 adex eod reduced it to every 3 days but I still think I am crashing my estradiol. I feel lethargic and my skin has gotten very dry. I have read that some only take an ai if signs of gyno or bloat show up, could I stop taking it, or since I am using hcg is is mandatory.[/FONT]

HCG isn't necessary, and you should only ever use it in the closing weeks of your cycle if at all. As far as tuning your AI, you would need bloodwork to really know your levels.

thats a low dose of arimidex... i would be getting bloodwork done before making any decisions... you also should not be using hcg your entire cycle... thats over use of it... if you are going to use, which you dont even need to, but if you are, you would use it the last four weeks of your cycle right up until you start pct
