It's like cinnamon. Another healthy herb but is it going to increase energy levels? Of course not.
Add ginger to your meals for the health benefits. No need to supplement with it. I really like to add cinnamon, ginger and sea salt to my oatmeal. Ginger goes well with pumpkin type spices.
