Have I made good progress on this program?

Every summer-break (generally 2 months-this time 5!), I try to bulk up with muscle/burn off the fat mass. This time I didn't have the time because I was focusing on my kickboxing tournaments BUT from July-August I bulked up (dirty) with this program:

Workout A:

3x5 Smith Machine Squat
3x5 Incline Press
1x5 Deadlift
2x4-8 Dips
2x Hanging Leg Raises

Workout B:

3x5 Barbell Hack Squat
3x5 Military Press (did Seated for first couple weeks but changed to standing)
3x5 Barbell Rows
2x Lat Pulldown
2x Hanging Leg Raises

Week 1,3,5 was A-B-A and week 2,4,6 was B-A-B. I did Ju Jitsu / Kung Fu as my cardio 2x a week.

I ate my 1.25g+ g protein per lb bodyweight and was eating over 2g carbs per lb bodyweight.

I gained 12.5 lbs in that time and added 10-20kg to my lifts (30-40lbs). My bodyfat remained the same.

On Ketosis, I did kickboxing 3x a week roughly (at least 2x a week and on the Saturdays I walked approx 1.5 miles from the gym back to home for cardio).
On Ketosis I did this program 2x a week

4x 10 Zercher Squats
3x 10 Incline Press
3x 10 Pulldowns
4x 10 Military Press (Standing)
3x 10 Bicep Curls
4x20 Sit Ups (with weight if need be)

On ketosis I lost 13lbs in 4 weeks but it was actually just over 8lbs when water weight was factored in.

My pictures are alternates- the black and white is before and they colour is after. I still have issues with the moobs/fat around the navel.

When I have time, should I just bulk up for a long time e.g. almost a year and then focus on cutting (when i've added muscle?)?

Not to sound like an asshole but what is the end goal here? You have asked for advice, but havent said to what end... "good progress" is a reletive term! Are you trying to acheive a certain look, or is this performance related... are you trying to acheive a certain weight or body fat %? Also, what are your current stats? I will say, right off the bat, that a mile and a half walk isnt exactly what I would count as a cardio session... MAYBE if you ran it! and the fact that you group it in with your kickboxing makes the intensity of the kickboxing workouts suspect as well, if they belong in the same catagory as the walk home!! Your eatin a shit ton of carbs too, man... I dont know what you weigh, but I would keep it closer to 1 gram of carbs and 1.5 of protein, and if you are really trying to drop fat it shouldnt make up more than 15-20% of your total diet, and get on some Need2slin . I know a lot of people will disagree with me, but thats my 2 cents. PM one of the moderators, they'll help you out... They've done a ton for me!!
