im going on 18, im 6'1 215 lbs. about 19 % body fat. i always work out and am ritual to our football teams high rep, low recovery time workouts, which lately have been doing wonders for my strength. I just hit 300 on bench press, and am cleaning about 290. My squats are right up there too around 400. Im on my second week of using creatine ever, 2 servings of optimum nutrition creatine before and after on workout days, and one on off days. I eat around 200 grams of protien a day, a little less than half of that nitrotech protein. I also take glutamine, aminos, and multi-vitamins. My question is, being that now it is summer and i do cardio and plyometrics heavily 5 days a week, am i asking alot of my body to gain atleast 15 lbs of muscle by september? I mean, a month has passed and nothing is a appearing to be kosher with my body to gain mass, just strength. I need something more, something reliable, this just isnt doing it for me. what do you guys think of a testosterone booster or prohormone? My main fear when taking this is not the bitch tits, that can be taken care of, but more that if i take it now, my body will become dependent upon an outside source of hormones or whatnot? Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

you need to eat at least 200 grams of protein through solid foods. chicken breast, tuna, steak..etc keep taking the protien shakes but add the extra protein in whole foods. If you are doing heavy amounts of cardio then you might also want to up your overall food intake also. i have no idea about the prohormones though someone else will have to help you out with that

ok check it dude. First off welcom to the board. Second off before you jump into pro-horomones, you need to understand some things. #1 P-horomones(PS) cause the same side effects as anabolic steriods(AS). post cycle theripy is also required. so my suggestion to you is dont jump into it. search this board and us the search key you will find out what you need to know by just reading. Take your time, its worth it. also dont post but read on the anabolic board they have some info that you can sink in.
About your weight, you need to eat more. Six meals a day, at least. High carbs, High protein, moderate fats. Eat less carbs as the day goes along.
