Bad choice for an apartment building/community etc.

I've had a complaint for my music being too loud. I don't own a TV or a stereo.
Somebody complained about my dog barking. He weighs 9lbs and I only went home to get him from Michigan two weeks ago. He barks a little when he's excited because I'm feeding humor he's playing with a toy.

Today my car was towed. They are cleaning the parking garage which I pay to park in monthly and I thought I had moved it to a level that was done already. I live a block from my office so I don't drive to work. 7pm tonight was heading to get in my car and drive to the gym (still haven't found "my gym"), couldn't find my car. $300 to pick it up in Redmond tomorrow. No friends or family here so had to email my boss to see if he'll take me to tomorrow.

Not digging my situation and I hate this apartment. $1,300 a month for 539 square feet and get treated like shit. HATE it here.

that sucks. how long is your lease?
I'd expect way bigger place for that amount per month.

where do you live again babe?

so you have not found a home yet, that's ok.. towing, it happens better than parking and going in and out of the rain...

hate the neighbors?? well, that's part of it...

1 yr lease?? how much $$$ 5o move/break the lease, find that out and decide from there.. good luck..

i'm a landlord.. you can break your lease at any time, nothing they can do except threaten to send you to collections (which usually is just a scare tactic) and keep your deposit (which they usually find a way to keep anyway)

bottom line is tell your landlord you are not happy because of A, B, and C. and if he was a smart businessman he would say no problem just leave the place in good condition and i will let you off the contract less the deposit. management companies will try to give you as hard of a time as possible, as they are ruthless and trying to screw tenants out of as much money as possible so they stay on. but ultimately there is nothing they can do if you want to leave.

also check the laws in your state... in my state there are certain laws that allow tenants to break contracts such as disturbances from neighbors.

I got out of a lease penalty free after dealing with a palmetto bug infestation. I called the city inspector who took one look and sent a certified letter to the management company about it.

Seattle sucks as a whole
How long did you live there? You know all about it right? Fucking texans.

Anyway, you are paying way too much, unless you like the luxury. I would recommend commuting 30min drive or so. Look at Issaquah, or Kirkland.
