Yeah I would mix up your routines varying from hi to lo volumes..Especially at first to so you can see which one works better for you...For me I gain better with higher volume but I still will go back to a low volume routine every week or two to keep my body freaked..Tolstoy said:Perhaps you should re-evaluate your lifting program.
