H.I.T.ers post your chest workouts

I am training chest tonight and i need to know what you guys are doing so i can switch it up.

Please if you click on this post write something that is knowledgable.

My chest workout is posted under "need a better chest routine." Combine it with the shoulder routine I posted in response to your previous request and you've pretty much got my Wednesday workout(I also do two sets of Tricep Pushdowns and 2 sets of Wrist Curls in addition to this.) I used to be a HIT/SuperSlow fanatic doing only 2 workouts a week but have found I make better progress with a slightly higher volume of work which puts me closer to Dorian Yates' brand of HIT.
 
Here's mine, (dorian like as well):
1 set of incline DB press to failure(2 warm up sets before that)
1 set of machine flys with 5 forced negatives (1 warm up set before)
1 set bench to positive failure (1 warm up set)
 
not including warm up.

Bench: 1 set to failure [4-8 reps] Sometimes going on instinct do a higher rep set [8-12] to hit different fibres.
DB flyes: 1 set to failure 4-8
Decline machine press: 1 set beyond failure [like 2 forced reps.]
Weighted dips: [also part of tri workout but i still lean forward slightly] 1 set 4-8 reps then 1-2 superslow negatives.
