What is Chasteberry Extract / Vitex?
Known by several names, chasteberry, chaste berry, chaste tree berry and vitex (or more properly Vitex agnus-castus: Agni casti fructus), this product works exceptionally well for PMS symptoms. Chasteberry has an excellent track record in relieving complaints collectively referred to as Premenstrual Syndrome. Specifically, it is effective in relieving insufficiency of the corpus luteum (luteal phase defect) which occurs when progesterone secretion is abnormally low. Chasteberry seems to stimulate the production cycle of progesterone.

How would vitex get rid off progestin when it creates more progesterone?

I am right around 13%BF so I can't imagine I would have pockets of fat just in those specific spots. My upper body has good definition, it's just my nippes and around the lower outside of my chest.

As far as other symptoms, I have had an issue with delayed climax, but I get there eventually :)

Are there any other symptoms?

Is there anything on the market that is similar to dosinex? What is DHT? I'd pretty much try anything at this point.

Try Ergopharm's 6OXO Extreme. It is a test booster & an AI & does seem to work for me for prolactin nips. It does have some B6 in it but might be a good idea to stack it with some B6 about 300mg ED.

what do they claim it works like? if the mechanism of action is similar to SERMs (nolva/clomid) it might be questionable/contraindicated for nandrolone-induced prolactin issues

whats the dose of b-6 in there?

6OXO-Extreme
Extreme Testosterone

6-OXO Extreme begins of course with the time tested natural metabolite 4-etioallocholen-3,6,17-trione. As you already know, this compound acts in the body as an inhibitor of the enzyme aromatase, which governs the production of estrogen hormones in the body. By reducing the levels of estrogen in the body a compensatory reaction in the brain is initiated leading to an increase in the secretion of LH which in turn causes testosterone production to increase. To complement the anti-aromatase action of 6-OXO we added a natural ingredient that acts as an estrogen receptor antagonist (ERA). An ERA is a compound that binds to estrogen receptors.

Nutrition Facts:
Serving Size (caps) 5
Servings Per 15
Vitamin B6 (mg) 3.5
Magnesium (mg) 150
Zinc(mg) 10
6-OXO(as 4-Etioallocholen-3,6, 17-Trione) (mg) 300
Quercetin (mg) 600
Resveratrol (mg) 1200
Piperine (mg) 20

No claims that it works with progesterone/ prolactin sides, Mav, but as I have discussed with you before, it does work for me & for others that I have put onto it, for typical prolactin puffy itchy nips, & reduces the swelling in this area in a few days. The amount of B6 is minimal. I dont know whether the resveratrol plays any part in this. Yes it appears to act like a SERM but I have had no conflicting issues with it & I use it on cycle.

thanks NZ thst interesting.

it says the 4-et is an aromatase inhibitor so that wouldnt/shoudnt be a conflict.
the piperine is an absorbtion potentiator, quercetin has some writeups claiming it acts as an estrogen receptor antagonist like a serm, but not sure of the dosing in the studys cited. It may be a small enough dose not to matter, or it may block the receptor and NOT also have the SERM problem of progesterone upregulation. not sure about the resveratrol.

If it seems to work, cool. if anyone senses a worsening they can always quickly pull the plug.
