Gyno? - I dont know whats wrong with my nipples

I wonder if Dostinex will help me out, Letro/nolva helped me a little bit a while ago but I still have puffiness, no lumps, wonder if it would be worth a shot, they have had the puffyness since I was a young kid.

take the combo it worked for me, had puffy nips when i was small and on gear too, i took 0.25mgs adex ed (but letro is better , i use adex cause i was on cycle) 2g vitex ed, 200mgs b6 3xday and bromo at 2.5 mgs ed or use dostniex at 0.5mgs ed, it should clear up

Surgery may well be the answer by removing the problem at its source, but it does not address other prolactin issues like delayed ejaculation & libido issues. Try B6 as described by Goku ^^ in the first instance, then the best results are obtained by using carbergoline under the brand names "Dostinex and Cabaser" @ .25mg twice weekly. Bromo is cheaper but has more sides. Unfortunately Dostinex is fairly expensive but a 3-4 week program should give you some results in reducing the appearance of your puffy nipple area & increasing your load.

I have a very similar issue. I used Andro about 3 years ago but was pretty inexperienced and stayed on it for 4-6 months at a time (probably 1.5-2 years total. I don't have any hard bumps or anything like that under my nipples, they are just very puffy. Is there anything that can be used OTC? If I have to go to a doctor to get tested do I just ask for a "prolactin test"? Can it still be reveresed if it's been 2 years or so?

andro aromatized to estrogen if I recall, but there were no progesterone/prolactin issues.

you may have just accululated some extra fat during the long time on andro?

any other symptoms, like delayed ejaculation?

if not, the first thing to try is

1) reducing body fat,

2) a topical fat burner (one of the sponsers has one, but I dont recall the name - if someone could help me out on that one )

3) possibly a topical dht (andactrim)

I get the same reaction when on my cycle. No Lumps just puffy/swollen and soar niplles. Niplles are hard most of the time and itchy but never grown any lumps and it always goes away about 30 days after my cycle. I get this reaction as close to 2 weeks into my cycle and ive learned with me at least it always goes away after a shrt time after completing my cycle. Always good to get a Dr."s oppinion to be on safe side.

I am right around 13%BF so I can't imagine I would have pockets of fat just in those specific spots. My upper body has good definition, it's just my nippes and around the lower outside of my chest.

well instead of just treating the symptom, I'd say get a blood test, a complete hormone panel, that will cover test/estrogens/prolactin/thyroid etc

that _may_ uncover elevated prolactin levels since you say you have had an issue with delayed orgasm.

OTC items that have shown effect at reducing prolactin include ginseng and vitamin B-6, but dostinex/cabergoline is the gold standard

One last thing is there is darkining around the outside.
