Gymnasts' bodies....

They do have good bodies when you see them out there competeing. But that is because you have nothing to compare them to. Most are actully very small they are just ripped. If they were standing next to someone of average height who had a good build they would look small, and You wouldn't be so impressed.
 
I wish I could flip all about like a crazy mofo tho

But I wouldn't want to be as short as they are damn tiny people.
 
I think it's also important to note that these guys are operating on Glycogen...fast powerful movements, not fatty acids. Just like sprinters. Because of that, their exercises aren't catabolic, and they build.

I was both a sprinter and a gymnast, and had the same physique type. I know Phem was in gymnastics too.

In practice, I recall performing the same tumbling runs over and over again....sprint like hell, push off the floor, flip, turn, etc...land. Cool off, and do it again. Just like a sprint workout.
