Im going to make a shirt that says "Grunter" lol :D

LOL - YEAH, DO IT!!!

Quote from her for you-
''He was looking directly at me and he did it four times,'' she said. ''I'm not a doctor, but as far as I know, a grunt is a noise that comes out of one's body that is loud and is intimidating.''

I do have a memembership free til the end of Nov, so I may go back occasionally (AM CARDIO since it's so close to home) .... just to piss them off!! , right?
I would but then I can get quite vengeful, not my best side...

and I'm gonna grunt tonight at the gym, just for grins. they can either have that or me singing out loud to my music. :p

Grunting should be taken in context:

A man grunting while curling stainless steel dbs = ANNOYING

Unless you're in some hardcore PL gym where its a group grunt, I don't think its acceptable. At least not the silly type of constant, blatant, obviously attention-begging grunt...

Personally I probably would've asked the guy if he needed a change of underwear instead of calling the cops.

I consider that it is correct that your trainer demands from you certain efforts.... It is his work, besides many are lazy and do not carry out many exercises at the full capacity though for achievement of success it is necessary. But if he overdid it with attention to you, then tell him that you've already experienced enough and if you will need help, you will turn.
