I am going to come to the defense of the women here, not really for anyone on this board but in respect for my Mother.

My mom and dad married whent they were 18 and 19 repsectively. My Mom dropped out of college so she could move to the oilfields where my Dad worked.

Flash forward 14 yrs - she has had 13 kids, 12 alive while living with an alcoholic husband. He was so bad, his employer sent half his paycheck to my Mom to keep food on the table.

5 more years to that - he stops drinking. Seven more years after that he is somewhat wealthy and leave the Mother for his secretary. A real dick move.

Now - how the fuck is a woman supposed to appreciate in value during that time while she is trying to raise 12 kids with an alcoholic husband? Now she did stay quite slim but I am sure the vag was mashed after squirting out 13 kids.

She could not even get a gas credit card at the time because she had no credit history. My older brother had to get her a credit card in his name for her to use.

So here is my opinion on the matter, you saddle a woman with raising your child, you are committed to her for life. If you are rasing the child and she can move on fine, otherwise, man up fuckers.

So which comes first, the fact that the woman knows she has the guy roped in for life once she is married and has kids with him, and she says fuck it with the attitude and taking care of herself, because she knows she can fuck him in divorce (lots of women threaten this also)? Or is it the man who gets tired of the dutiful wife and mother of his kids and just wants a change of scenery or whatever and bails for the hot secretary or something?

I agree with Plunkey that *some* women (of all races) feel entitled, an entitlement based on beauty. I also believe many women have no option but to exploit what may be their only asset, this beauty (ie: mail order brides from third world countries). Of these women, some do understand they have so many *good years* left and do plan accordingly. I guess I could cite porn stars who work the industry, then form their own production companies after having exhausted their on-cam years.


Still using Plunkey's paradigm...I wouldn't agree that men, in general, appreciate with every year. There will always be up and coming graduates with more acute skillsets, better endurance and performance, and more initiative. Of course, there are exceptions to the rule. Once a man loses the resources or the ability to perform the work necessary to earn an income (and *purchase* the beauty), then they are, essentially , redundant within the social paradigm you've discribed.



I do want to say, I don't agree with any kind of monetizing of a human being.

Men undoubtedly have an instinct to spread their genes. That sends them looking for diversity in mates. That's our old brain talking. It's our new brains that give us the ability to rein-in (or fail to rein-in) this desire.

But here's what wimminz have going for them, yet very few women know and understand: Men's old brains aren't very smart. Subtle changes in venue, positions, dress style, tone, etc. etc. can all trick our old brains into thinking we're tapping into something new.

Also, most women don't understand that we respond to novelty above anything else. That's why every women in a porn movie just can't seem to get enough sausage -- even that concept is tantalizing to our old brains. The quality of acting necessary for a female to do in order to convince us she's an absolute freak is embarrassingly low -- because our old brains want to live the lie at any cost.

I can explain it easily. Exclusive Pair Bonding is not really part of the human mating instinct. There is an instinctive basis for male infidelity and for cuckolding. Well that's a tough one, because there are undesireable people in every aspect of life.
I think the key to meeting healthy/"normal" people is for one to be healthy themselves. We attract what we are.
If you have little self worth, you'll attract someone with little self worth.
When you love yourself, you will attract strong and amazing people even in a bar.

Well, we separated from the Apes about 6-8 million years ago, and monogamy as the norm is only about 6-8 thousand years old.

My point is that these cultural norms are learned behavior, which sometimes can be in opposition to the way our brains are wired. Fortunately most of us have the strength of character to behave in ways that are acceptable to societal norms, instead of always reverting back to our instincts. But when people stray it shouldn't come as such a surprise, those instinctive urges can be hard to overcome.

Even in bird species where monogamy has been around for ever partners cheat on each other. Both male and female birds in monogamous bird species cheat on each other and sometimes only stay in relationships for the purpose of rearing their offspring.

My point was simple though. If a man found attraction in a young female with pushed-up boobs and high heels, his basis for attraction will almost certainly diminish over time. Similarly if a woman found attraction in a young man with the promise of stability and financial strength, her basis for attraction may appreciate over time.

Yes, we do have an idea.

Abusing booze and smoking will take their toll on any skin type. The main difference between Caucasian and Asian skin is the amount of melanin produced which protects the skin from UV damage, one of the main factors in skin aging. Whites produce less melanin so are more susceptible to photo damage. This is probably the main reason many whites don't age as well as other races. Having said that, there are many ways to combat photo damage starting with a simple application of a cross spectrum sunscreen, healthy diet, and of course, as you mentioned, avoiding booze/smoking which really accelerates the aging process.

If whites followed such a lifestyle plan, they'd look as young as their brethren. :)

Not sure about other asian cultures or how consistent the polite at all costs stereotype is... in fact, usually my experience, asian women are so entrenched in work ethic, that when it comes to a guy not pulling expected weight, they can be fierce.

Filipina women, this is the weird thing, either are really accomodating at all costs, or don't fuck with me I will cut your ass, in conflict.

So true... but sometimes, I see someone I deem as kick ass, with someone who isn't...
Of course I guess they both have a complementary need, but I've come to realize relationships and complementary qualities is a messy thing, and timing, situational needs have more to do with it than I ever imagined.
