I usually go with the board shorts...too concerned with how people think of me to wear speedos

However, when I was vacationing in Italy, I forgot to take my trunks with me, so after looking around for 45 minutes, I was forced to buy a REALLY REALLY short pair of swimming trunks. After the initial 30 minutes of awkwardness, it felt kinda nice.

Board shorts.

On a recent trip to Oahu, 99% of the guys were wearing board shorts.

The other 1% were old fat men wearing nasty banana hammocks.

board shorts are way to damn long for me

soccer short length swim trunks are is what i like the best

Speedo. Much easier to swim in because I can balance better.

Might use a body suit for longer swims in open water, but I haven't tried it and am not sure I really want the boyancy.
