If you are a bodybuilder of sorts, why would you spend so much time on building your body, to only go out on the beach and cover up what you worked so hard to achieve. Its my opionion that guys would wear less to the beach if they could. Most are afraid of what might be said about them. Afraid of being labled. If your proud of your body , show it off.

many of us, although we have lifted and dieted (or bulked) to get to a point that others envy; still see ourselves as we were before we started taking care of ourselves.

I can understand that point, and accept it. However, I still believe that men would wear less if they were not afraid of what would be said about what they have choosen to wear. Have you ever tried to wear something other that what the norm was, you might be suprised... It may even help with the image you see in the mirror. Nearly 3 years ago, I use to weigh only 125 pounds. Today I no longer see that that skinny man in the mirror. Even though I am in no way ,shape, or form anywear near close to a real buffed body. I am however, very proud of what I have achieved thus far.
Cheers to you my friend. I hope one day you will feel better about your outer appearence and step outside in something more revealing.
