Hey everybody, been traveling for a couple days so I'm a bit late getting started.

Age: 27
Ht: 6'
Wt:225
Bf: est. 20%
goals: 230lbs. With 10% BF

Ive been working out for about ten years, but 3 years ago when I met my wife the workouts became last priority unfortunately. Finally have began to keep a steady exercise routine going. I would appreciate any advice as I've never actually done a "transformation" before. Been eating a clean diet. Lots of chicken, greens, and brown rice. View attachment 55473

Alright, got 30 min of cardio in this morning on an empty stomach and waited another 30 min. Before my shake. Followed up by a 5 egg white, 1 whole egg omelet. With 2 cups oatmeal. I feel great! The plan is kayaking and a short hike today followed by an intense chest and tri workout amped up on jacked 3d. Looking forward to my post lift pump! Hard to beat that feeling
