Alright, bit distracted this last week as my wife and I found out she's pregnant with our first, were stoked!! Anyway, only got in the gym 3 times with everything going on. Made em count though! Great pumps especially in my triceps and quads. Eating like a horse. Seriously forcing down meals. Sticking to the basics still; chicken, eggs, peanut butter, avocado, lean beef, almonds, sweet potatoes, oatmeal. Diets always the hardest part for me. I'll get some pics uploaded soon
