tinfoil dood! wrap it in that shit. Then put all your falvouring and sauces in the tinfoil with it to cook. Make sure it dosent purn. I eat seafood about 3-4 times/wk, always on the BBQ. Most white fillets will flake apart like that unless they are a steak.
i dunno, my mom put it on the grill and it tasted pretty damn good, make sure you keep marinading, cook on low heat, its my favorite fish bc it doesnt taste like fish
