I’ve been working with a personal trainer that I met at my gym. He seems to know his stuff and he has a lot of muscles. He sort of took me under his wings and he has been giving me advice.
One of the things he suggests for me is every day, getting ground beef, chicken and pasta and having at least two meals of that per day, he said that will help me bulk up. Do you think that he has a point or is he full of crap?
