Yeah, it dried me out a little which made me seem leaner and muscle soreness wasn't as bad the day after lifting, but I didnt see ANY amazing body recomp and my diet was reviewed and set by several members here and was incredibly clean. I don't know, Im not sold on it, especially since there are at least 3 other SARMS in testing that showed better results on muscle and bone growth than S4. Good luck to anyone else that wants to try it tho, please log your unbiased feelings, I look forward to reading more logs.
