Got a personal Best Bench today!!!

Well, I been training for my compeition this weekend. Maxed out today and got 315... I wanted more but that will come later. I wasn't as pumped up as I needed so maybe I will be able to get more on Saturday! My stats:

Age: 18
Weight: 185
Bis: 15 3/4
Chest: 42 1/2



Only time can tell. My short time goal is 350! Maybe I can get a little more than 315 on Saturday due to the pump and etc.....

Congrats, but I really hope you aren't maxing out every week. Are you powerlifting or bodybuilding. If you are a powerlifter, I can understand. If you are a bodybuilder it is important to train heavy, but not to max out.

gettinlarger: 4 plates right around the corner!! Thats my attuitde bro :p I just turned 18 1 month ago so I have 11 months to get a new goal of 405. I wanna get AT LEAST 405 being 18 yrs old... :inflate:

shit my goal is 315, im 17 though and dont turn 18 til August so i got some time to meet my goal. I havent tried maxin bench in abou a month and a half, i should see what its at today.
