Well, I been training for my compeition this weekend. Maxed out today and got 315... I wanted more but that will come later. I wasn't as pumped up as I needed so maybe I will be able to get more on Saturday! My stats:

Chest: 42 1/2
Only time can tell. My short time goal is 350! Maybe I can get a little more than 315 on Saturday due to the pump and etc.....
