Good thing I'm in Offseason!!! I just pigged out!!

Do pretty much all of you guys eat whatever you want and as much as you possibly can (after getting in your protein of course) in the offseason to put on size? That's what I usually do. Hey G-dogg, is that what Paul does in the offseason and most of the other pros? I eat as clean as possible but I just start to get sick of eating and the easiest way to get down calories are through shakes and junk food. - cbeaks
 
I am so starving just reading this. You guys have got to quit, altough I like hearing about what everyone eats, I wish we had like an Elite Clean Eating Cookbook. I get tired of trying to think of new things I can eat.
 
I have an addiction to ice cream (doesn't that sound faggy), or pizza. About every 2 weeks I pickup a half gallon of mint chip, or cookie dough ice cream, damn I love that stuff.

Pizza, is fucking unbeatable. I've had it every day for a solid week before, it starts getting old then, otherwise, I love that crap.

Thanks a lot Bouncer, after reading this thread about 6 hours ago I said fuck it and went and ate 3/4 of a half gallon of rocky road ice cream, 8 healthy choice ice cream sandwiches, and a bowl of wheaties so that I could feel like a champ. I was supposed to go do my back tonight at the gym but whenever I do this I say fuck no I aint going to the gym because I feel like a fat fuck. So I just slept for a few hours and than went outside and ran and walked for about an hour and a half to feel better. Yesterday I weighed 260 lbs at 6'1'' and 20 years old and whenever I have a cheat day I go up about 3 or 4 lbs the next day. Doing this seems to help me get my weight going up as long as I limit it to about once every 2 weeks. Ok I have to go shit now.
 
I will have a story soon. I just picked up a book of coupons for Pizza hut- about 40 buy one-get one free. Offseason will be cheesy.

10pm: 2 chicken breast

11pm: cottage cheese mixed with peaches

i usually spend the next day shitting!:D

im pretty sure i would seriously have a heart failure or something if i tried to eat this much. Id puke for sure though
 
Hey bro, if you go to the diet section and find a thread that says "Do not click if dieting" you will see my binging extremes:)

Feels good eh, i can never keep it up for too long though, it seems i get sick of junk food faster than clean food; I guess this is a good thing though.....

This is a old thread....But man was THE BOUNCER telling some lies over here back in the day...he is just a 200 pd gym ratt from jersey :evil:
