Ahh, so many pigout stories, so little time. My best advice after a pigout, sleep it off, that's the only cure. Friends always make fun of me, after I gorge, I swell up so much sometimes I can't close my hands all the way, lol, I get all puffy. I love the food, but hate the feeling I get afterwards.
 
Just called Greek on Wheels....ordered the 2 beef gyros special (my usual order when I decide to get food from there). But, remembering the pig-out theme in this thread, I ordered a pork souvlaki in a pita as well. :D
 
just eat one more of the subs. my mom was complaining because she thought they would last me all week! i only have one more and am planing on eating that in about 1 1/2 hours. i will finish the chocolate covered raisins tonight before bed!:D
 
I know how yall feel bros, sunday night I was in bed and talking to my wife and all the sudden
cinnamon toast ran across my mind and I told my wife and then i could see donuts blueberry filled oh and chocolate too mmmmm and told my wife you know i havent eaten sweets in a loooonnnnng time . The next morning my wife brings my little boy to school and comes back I was sleeeping in she turns on the light and had 3 filled donuts choc , blueberry, cherry and a big glass of milk well I managed to eat one the guilt was too bad and I ate that one for her.:p
She said you dont have a life and i tell her you want to bring me down so you can laugh when i look like a hog.

like, i said earlier bro, i eat 7 clean meals and whatever i want in between. this is what i did the other day, this is a little extreme but i do this about once every week. note, i don't hit the gym the days i do this because all i feel like doing is laying around.

7am: 10 egg whites plus 2 whole eggs
*****8oz bowl of oatmeal with a tbsp of nat peanut butter

8:30am: 2 homemade turkey burgers with sour cream and bacon
*******2 potato rolls

10am: 2 T-bone steaks and a large potato

11:30am: homemade pizza with everything on it
********pint of Ben&Jerry's ice creme

1pm: protein shake

2:30: protein shake

4pm: 10 egg whites plus 2 whole eggs
*****8oz bowl of oatmeal with a tbsp of nat peanut butter

6pm: 2 T-bone steaks and a large potato

8pm: protein shake and bowl of ice creme

10pm: 2 chicken breast

11pm: cottage cheese mixed with peaches

i usually spend the next day shitting!:D
