I incorporated deads into my workout a few months ago and I friggin love 'em. Only problem is, now that I'm starting to go a little heavier, I THINK my form is deteriorating somewhat. I'd like to correct this but it's not like so many people do deads with proper form for me to learn from... and an explanation won't really be as helpful. I need a visual. Anybody know of any good websites that might have short video clips of correct form? Thanks!
