I do circuit training for about a hour and cardio for 45 mins 5x a week. I already finished my bulking phase from 180 34.8% body fat to 210 pounds to 16.4% body fat. I have been cutting for 17 days and went down to 194 pounds 15.3% body fat. I just changed my eating habits about 4 days ago to about 4 big clean lean meals along with 1-2 protein shakes.
Here are some pics of my eating habits about 2 days ago. So please tell me guy's are these meals great for cutting? Any advice will much much appreciated
