from what it looks like in that routine, he gets 115lbs out of his bench shirt!!!! Strong fucker to be doing 5 sets of 5 with 500lbs though!!

hard to go by that routine. Glen gets VERY little from a shirt. He benches very close grip with almost NO arch, doesnt really lend itself to the shirts. His 722 at the 2000 arnold is still one of the best benches I have seen in person. Fun to watch too. he will be kickass in the wwf if they play him right.
