Does anyone have any of his bench workouts....I was also wondering if he had any videos out. I was reading an article about him on the power mag web site....he seems like he might know a thing or two about benching

2nd week close grip

assistance:cable pull downs
100x20,100x220,150x20

3rd week bench press
135x10,225x8,315x6
work sets:405x3,495x3,545x3

4th week skip-no benching

5th week close grip
135x10,225x8,315x5
work sets:405x3,495x2,565x2
(break down set to 315x5)

6th weekbench press
135x10,225x8,315x5
work sets:405x3,495x1,545x1,585x1(break down set to 405x5)

7th week(alternative movement)
incline dumbell press:
75x10,100x8(x2sets), 120x8,
150x8(x2sets), 120x8

8th week no bench/close grips

**shirt week**
9th week bench press
135x10,225x8,315x5,405x5
add shirt,then:495x2,585x1,625x2,700x1

10th week skip-rest

11th week basic
closegrips and /or skull crushers mixed with various light movements.

12th week contest!

Glenn Chabot will be somewhere in Rhode Island on Dec. 2nd I'm thinking about checking it out, not sure if he is competing or do a guest appearance. I may take the train out there from New York City.
