Triple V, forget the Metabolic Diet, it's such an insult, in my view. Changing the name of a diet and thinking we are going to buy the new book..come on now, just too pointless for me...

I have lots of good recipies for eating clean, I am in the process of compiling them into a book in the near future.

But they are not for Keto.

Are you on keto, if so I'll try to think fo something for you.
