I've never heard of her, but that doesn't mean much. What I don't know could fill an ocean.
BodyBy, you said (about sexual predators): "Wishful thinking on keeping them at bay. They probably won't notice she is strong, they'll just see a nice body."
Well, your thinking shows clearly that you are NOT a sexual predator. Criminologists (my dad was one) have long acknowledged that sexual assault has little to do with the attractiveness of the victim, and a lot more to do with power and violence. They do their best to choose women who seem like they're not going to give them trouble (sometimes even young girls or elderly women). They're cowards who need to hurt someone weaker than they so they can feel powerful (and who don't want to get hurt themselves). It's been shown that women who carry themselves with confidence, who walk upright and make eye-contact and are clearly aware of their surroundings, are much less likely to be assaulted. Strength training not only enables a woman to have more power if self-defense should become necessary, it also gives her the confidence that will help her avoid it in the first place.
Then you said, "Hopefully she'll be pretty strong though, so it will hurt alot more when she kicks them in the balls." LOL. She'll know how to do a lot worse than kick them in their balls (which they're usually expecting, so it's a wasted move). If the balls end up involved at all, it'll be when they get smashed between her knee and the concrete.
