Women dont need pct because there's no natural test shut off like guys. Just need to eat uber clean & train like a mofo.
Expect her menstrual cycle will get interrupted. Note that most competitors come off any birthcontrol while cycling, esp for competition because b/c is designed to enforce estrogen rates, including estrogen-related fat depositing. That goes counter to what male hormones try to do. They don't really interact per se, but their actions are counter to each other. But women tend to freak out when they realize their menstrual cycles stop during a cycle and usually for a month or two after the cycle is over. Why? I probably can't give an accurate medical reason, but I'd say generally the whole cycle just gets confused by the new substance in the body, different levels of test, along w/ the stress it may be adding to the system. Also durinig competition as your bodyfat drops significantly, like around 11-12% and lower, that will also cause the menstrual cycle to stop for a while. But usually after a competitoin is over and the rebound brings bodyfat back up, the cycle starts up naturally again.
No don't drink wine. One thing about AAS - it is a stress on the body. Especially things like winstrol are just brutal on some women. Var isn't' too bad but it does put additional stress on the system. Throwing in wine or other alcohol just stresses it more. The only reason I can think that someone would purposely drink wine would be immediately before a competition to get more vascular. But that's just a short term thing when you are very lean and dried out. I wouldnt' make it part of a daily regimen or anything like that.
Also I'd suggest using a creatine if she's tryign to bulk a bit -- creatine, like AF Store PureCEE is supposed to work very synergistically w/ var. But keep in mind the uber clean diet & hard trainign to get the most out of the cycle.
