Im sure this has been addressed many times here but anyway... my gf recently really wants to start working out and getting a nice body.

i think she'd have the discipline for it, but either way how do I promote that even further?
also, she is worried she'll "look like a man" if she does a lot of upperbody stuff, especially chest. or for example, shes worried SLDLS will make her traps/forearms too big.
if any of you vixenlike women could post up a routine/give input on this it would be much appreciated.
from what i heard she'd basically do the same thing as men, but i'd like to be sure before i make her do anything.
3x a week is realistic for her with a bit of cardio as well.
