GH users......increased energy or lethargry????

I have seen BOTH.....please comment.

Also, what are you users doing to combat the insulin resistance? Taking SLIN will only make things worse by further dulling the receptors. That's a recipe for disaster IMO.

I feel great on GH. I don't use insulin or anything. I am using rala now, but for about 6 months I wasn't using it. I eat a pretty clean diet, just a lot of food. eat every 2 hours, too. Saturday is the only day were I eat bad, pizza, popcorn, soda, pretty much whatever I want.

It fills me out after a carb meal. I like to eat a large popcorn, large coke, chocolate peanuts at the movies on Sat. I take 6 tabs before I go in with a protein shake. When I walk out my body feels pumped, like I just killed it in the gym. I take 2 with all other meals, I don't get any ups and downs during the day. I have done the same without rala and there is no pump after the meal. I had a few friends try the rala and they love it, one's using GH, too. All say the same thing.

No change in energy for me.

I just keep carbs under control (ie: always less than 100g/dy, usually less than 50g) and I avoid all simple carbs. I also watched my blood glucose for a while before starting GH and compare that to how it changes while on GH.

If low carb's isn't an option then you can consider Avandia I guess.

Insulin Sensitivity

We usually like to administer testosterone for four weeks before putting our male patients on HGH to increase insulin sensitivity to combat insulin resistance. For female patients we are very careful about their diet regimins because of the insulin resistance issues. No simple sugars or processed carbs and we add 50mg/day of DHEA to boost testosterone. Insulin resistance is a much larger issue in women than in men because of the testosterone.

I get servere hypoglycemia on GH. Same with too much ALA.

I know at least 10 other people who had the same experience.

Hypoglycemia

Nelson,

Are you taking testosterone at the same time you are taking the HGH? Some people are just more sensitive to HGH and really have to watch their carb intake. Cut out all simple sugars while taking HGH and even keep fruit to a bare minimum, no alcoholic beverages, and be sure to supplement with a good anti-oxidant along with your vitamin/minerals ect.

JUST STARTED MY 6 MONTHS GH CYCLE, IAM DOING 500MG TEST WITH IT AND DOING T3 EVERY 3 MONTHS. IAM SLEEPING ALOT MORE. I FEEL GOOD IN THE GYM. I THINK IT MIGHT BE MY BODY GETTING USE TO IT. WHAT U THINK?

I've been using 6iu's of GH everday for about a year and a half already. I don't use test, anti-estros, thryroids meds, or insulin...just the GH. Within the year and a half I have dropped from 10%bf to 8%. I shoot 3iu in the morning after my workout and another 3iu before bed. But I noticed that I stopped losing fat. I just can't seem to shed anymore! I've been dieting really good and workout hard! And from time to time I take fat burners. I'm just not shedding fat anymore. Plus I noticed that my muscles have becomed just a tad bit softer. Any comments on why this is happening?
