Getting sick everyday 2/3 through my workout!

Hey fellas, for the past several weeks I have been getting a very sick feeling about 2/3 of the way through each & everyone of my workouts. I'm on cycle & am starting to wonder if maybe I'm depleting something from my body durring that time frame. Anyone else experience this? My diet hasn't changed.

My workouts are 60-75min, high intensity. At 3:30pm I eat a 93% lean beef patty, half can of veggies, liver tabs, aminos, 15mg d-bol, at 4:30pm I eat a banana then head to the gym. By 5:30-5:45 I feel like I'm going to puke untill about 30min after I eat my post workout meal ( 2cups instant mashed potatoes, protien shake, creatine). It could just simply be that my body is getting tired of the bulking diet that I've been on for the past 9 months but, it's strange that it happens at nearly the same time every day. My current cycle is 500mgE Tue & Thu of T-Enan & 40mgED d-bol.

with that much test every week your bloodpresure is probelly through the roof! When I do heavy test cycle like that I get the same thing. I bet that you sweat like a whore in church during this time too? Drink plenty of water and take longer rest periods between sets. I am guessing that you are trying to bulk by using all that test, so longer rest periods are better in my oppion for you right now anyway.

I do sweat like hell, when not on cycle I barely sweat, no matter how intense the workout is. I drink plenty of water & increase my sodium intake, if I don't, I cramp like a mofo. I rest about 3 min between sets, maybe that still isn't long enough.

What kind of sick? Sick like queasy in the gut?

If it was me I'd change up the pre-workout meal. The first thing I'd try is waiting 90 minutes after the meal before hitting the gym. Also, I know from experience that a banana prior to a workout will make me nauseous before I'm through. If your looking for an imediate pre-workout energy scource, try a few sips from a simple sports drink and keep it with you durring your workouts.

You might also try switching to a moderate meal of mostly grains and some whey for your protein, in an effort to put less tax of your digestive system.
