Getting ready for a show need ideas for a diet to follow

I have 6 weeks to get ready for a show I've already been cutting and I've been dieting and doing cardio every day! But can somebody help me out faith a diet plan to follow
 
Help us, help you bro.. whats your current diet look like at the moment? Ive currently been trying to recomp from 175ish.. My only carbs are generally for breakfast & pre workout (3/4 cup oats w/ blueberries and pinch of chopped almonds).. other than that every meal consists of lean proteins (egg whites, grilled chicken, white fish, and lean ground turkey meat), and vegetables ( a lot of spinach, and onions/mushrooms/green peppers). Wish I could give you something more concrete.. but maybe if you provide your current diet you might get this thread rolling.

545 I have 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg
900 have caned chicken or some high source of protein
11 lunch I have salad, chicken or steak or shrimp
100 I have a shake muscle mess carnivore
330pre workout
530-6 I have another shake and some other type of meet
An that's about it

Sorry for the delay in response, but the diet looks like it could use some tweaking. Canned chicken? None of that.. Where are the beneficial vegetables too..And salad for one meal really doesn't cut it. What sort of protein/supplements are you taking?

545: I have 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg (throw in some spinach/ mushrooms).. Id include 1/2 cup of oats but it depends on how you handle carbs
900: lean ground turkey/chicken breast w/ spinach
11: lunch chicken w/ egg whites
100 I have a shake muscle mess carnivore (over 2.5 hours out from your lift?) I'd switch to WPI shake
330pre workout
LIFT
WPI shake immediately after
45-1hr post chicken breast/ lean meat or fish & vegetables

you could always through in a small serving of Greek yogurt which might not be idea for pre contest but it looks like there's a lot of room for improvement.. If you felt near ready for a show on your diet you posted, think about the gains you'd yield if
you dialed everything in..
 
And I'm taking animal pak and animal cuts and my pre workout was jacked but it's empty so I'm changing it now but idk to what and I'm taking a joint supplement and extra vitamin d and my protein is carnivore by muscle medds like I said
