I am looking at my diet lately. I do two-three shakes a day using whey isolate, oats, and skim milk. I eat various fruits, and for dinner have something sensible like a little fish, chicken, or a salad. I've been trying to cut. I lift or do cardio 1-2x a day.
But I am worried I'm not getting enough fat. I was considering switching from skim milk to whole milk.
Thoughts?
