so far today: protein shake with 1 tbs coconut oil, 1 can albacore tuna, 1 tbs mir whip lite, mustard, romaine lett. diet pepsi
1 dhea, 1 l-argenine, 1 green tea cap w/ hoodia
I feel really really energetic today, and i haven't even exercised. haha
