Better thanks IP, but my back... i yi yi! :worried: :(

stupid pc wasn't working all day until now...argh!!! I had to work on it for a couple hours to get it functioning

m1: pro shake w/ 1/2 c. yog., 2 str.berries
1/3c. oats
m2: 15 almonds
m3: about 1/3 c. brown rice, chicken leftovers
m4: green apple + 2 tsp anpb
m5: 2 tiny pieces cheese pizza (starved, waited too long to eat)
m6: salad w/ diced chicken cherry tomatoes, lite done right ranch
snack b4 bed: 3 l/f triscuits, 1 tsp anpb
nighty night.!!
*arms and shoulders killin me today*

I wish i knew, and last night i started having really intense pain in my lower left side of my back..like kidney area.
I hate going to dr.s, gonna see if it goes away. :rolleyes:

Well yesterday i went to the salon and told my stylist ( i have been her friend since kindergarten) to give me something sexy, but not over the top and i want to look really different. Mind you my hair was down to my shoulder blades, Well now it's to that bone on the back of my neck. :)

I like it, but feel really weird not having long hair. I don't even look like myself.
She did a great job, really. It's sorta a messy part off center, and my bangs are below my cheekbone, the rest is very razored and wispy.
It's cute. I feel like a new woman. ;)

Well enough blabbing;
am weight: 104.5 (*must be doing something right*) :verygood:
m1 pro shake w/ 1/2 c. light n fit, 2 berries, 3 protein pancakes w/ 1-1/2 tsp allfruit s/f.
 
Maybe you tweaked something during your shouulder workout... form etc, mishandling dumbells ... (cheat meals if any), etc? Strain? Pain? Ache? Sore? Period?

I wanna see this hair :)

Ummmm, because they're so darn yummy!? Does that work? ;) I've been eating them all my life and they're always a staple in the house and i :heart: em.
I know they're processed, blah blah blah, but maybe if i don't eat them real often and only a sm. portion..it'd be ok :verygood:

Well this morning i woke up with no voice and a sore throat, and aching sore swollen glands :evil: . ARGH!!! I'm sick of feeling under the weather.

I'm gonna try to do another pic with a lighter background, my hair is too dark to see in that one. It's not easy getting my silly boxer to pose though, he kept licking my face and trying to lick the camera. :laugh2:

Yah, I have a real problem with the Hot & Spicy ones. I make myself skip that isle - if I'm strong enough to on grocery day! MMMMmmmmm

Bout a cup of spinach. H20 to drink. I swear i'm so dang bloated, so i've been hittin the wawa hard!!

Lately the training has been non existent. Unfortunately no i'm not feeling better. Back(spine) is still giving me pain and i've got a pretty bad infection..coughing, no voice, throat hurts. :( I'm sure i'll be on the mend soon. I feel like so much time is getting away from me, and the diet pretty much went wacky over the wkend. :evil:

I'm coming to check out your log :)

Getting back on after cheating is easier that getting back on after being sick! So no worries gf... its a new day tomorrow!!!

You enjoying summer or what? I already feel weight lifted off my shoulders since the semester ended. Feels good!!!

I think everybody is having one before bed, I just did :) I wasn't going to say anything about the smokies cause you put "lite" in front of them LOL. if it makes you feel better I had the cookie for you and three jelly beans :chomp:

:lmao: ok boss!!! It did seem salty, not used to the high sodium content anymore i guess. They were low fat ones though :)

I know i will feel better, unfortunately that is usually not enough to keep me on track. My stomach feels so fat and bloated, But.... i'm on my way back!!! ;)

Seriously though, have you thought about the trigger that makes you cheat. Bored, sad, the food is just there, tired etc. Habits that you've had, maybe, for years, take time to change.

I'm starting to change the way I think about food. It's all about my health. Those cookies are some of the most processed crap you can get and you're filling your body (and your kids bodies, maybe) with it. Yuck. Aries helped me with alcohol when she said that drinking is like eating paint chips. So when I think about vodka, I think of paint, literally. Somehow, it's working for me.

So don't beat yourself up though. Just keep trying :heart:

And get some Glucorell and Sesapure if you can. That stuff really works when you cheat.

I was reading through your log and it was nice to see how truthful you are about your diet, training and all. Ive noticed times you fell off the wagon but you always manage to get back on track. And to see how much help you are getting from the people here is great!!

30 minutes on the treadmill. Started feeling nauseated, so i had my protein shake and then got back on.
1/3 c. oaties :p
